We will market your vacancy using every resource we have.  This includes placing ads in the local news paper and taking pictures for our internet websites.

When we provide you with a potential tenant's application we also provide you with a current credit report (Equifax) as well as verify their income. You are never under any obligation to accept any tenants provided to you by our service. The decision to accept or reject an applicant is totally up to you. If you wish, you can issue unit keys to us (highly recommended) and we can make it really easy for you by showing your available units anytime. That way you no longer have to take time out of your busy schedule to show apartments. And remember that potential tenants are always accompanied by a licensed leasing consultant.
